No, there’s never any upfront costs! At the end of the sale we cut you a check!
ARE YOU INSURED AND BONDED?

CAN WE STAY ON THE PROPERTY WHILE YOU CONDUCT THE SALE?
We would prefer you didn’t This is always a difficult time on our clients. You have sentimental feelings to the belongings.
HOW MANY DAYS DOES THE SALE RUN?
Your typical sale will run from Friday-Sunday. If this is a larger scale sale we will start the sale on a Thursday.
WHAT OTHER SERVICES DOES YOUR COMPANY PROVIDE?
We provide cleanout services (Junk Removal) and cleaning services post sale so that you can get your house up on the market ASAP.

In 2022 Linda Pearson of Hope Valley, RI came to an estate sale we were hosting in Richmond, RI. She Came across a quilt that was made for Mrs. Kenney (owner of the estate) for her new born child by the students of her class. After Linda found out the story behind this quilt she reached out to me to see if there was anything we could do to help get a case made so that the quilt could be displayed at its new home. From that point I reached out to my good friends Scott & Tyler Thorner from Greenworks Property Maintenance LLC. They generously pitched in to build this amazing shadow box that holds this piece of history. It now sits on display at its forever home in the 1800s School museum in Hope Valley, RI.
